Members User Guide

Welcome

This guide is for members only and will walk you through how to browse, borrow, return, and manage your account using our member website.

Accessing the Member Website

·       Visit the member website

·       If you're new, register for an account and choose a membership type.

·       Some memberships may be free, others may require payment via card.

·       After registration, check your inbox for a confirmation email.

·       You’ll need to log in to view your profile, reserve or borrow items, and manage your account.

Browsing Items

·       Browse the catalogue of items by category, keyword, or site.

·       Each listing will show item availability, description, and any borrowing fees.

·       You may also see documents like manuals or safety instructions attached to item listings that are available for download.

Reserving and Borrowing Items

·       Once logged in, select your item and choose the desired loan period dates.

·       Add the item to your basket.

·       If the item is available, you can reserve immediately.

·       If there is a fee or deposit, you will be prompted to pay during checkout.

·       Confirmation emails will be sent for reservations, checkouts/check-ins and return reminders.

Delivery and Returning Items

·       All It items are delivered and collected from your address as per membership profile.

·       Multiple items can be added to any reservation.

·       You will receive loan return reminders before the due date.

·       Arrange return of the items by sending email to support Desk

·       Remember to retain a copy of the driver signed ‘Return Summary’ at least until you receive our return confirmation email. This document serves as proof that the equipment has been handed over and is now in freight provided possession and responsibility.

Extending a Loan

·       Log in to your account.

·       Navigate to your active loans.

·       Select a new return date (pending availability) – No charges apply

Fees and Payments

·       Fees may include Loan fee, Freight Fee, and Late return fee.

·       Where applicable Deposits are fully refundable upon return.

·       Pay securely online via Stripe (credit or debit card), or Invoice Dealership.

·       You can also top up your balance using credit use.

Membership & Account Management

·       View and manage your membership status, renewal dates, and payment history from your profile.

·       Update your contact details and change your password anytime.

·       If your membership is due to expire, you will receive a renewal reminder with a direct link to renew.

·       For any issues, contact our team using the details on the site’s Contact Us page.

·       If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.

Tips for a Great Experience

·       Always return items clean and in the condition you received them.

·       Read any usage instructions or safety tips provided.

·       Respect borrowing limits set by your membership type.
